  1.         When run, this program will change either the star rating of your
  2.   tower, or the amount of money you have, options are specified on the command
  3.   line as follows:

  6.   ETOWER [TOWER.EXT] [1/2/3] [Money/Star]
  7.         
  8.         Option 1 is the file name with the extension,
  9.         
  10.         Option 2 is 1, 2, or 3:
  11.  
  12.                 1 will update the amount of money you have.
  13.                 2 will update the star rating of your tower.
  14.                 3 will maximize your money, and your star rating.
  15.                   Max Money: $1 billion
  16.                   Max Star Rating: 5 stars

  18.         Option 3 is valid for 1 or 2 of Option 2:
  19.  
  20.                 If Option 2 was 1, this would be the amount
  21.                  of money you want your tower to have.
  22.                 If Option 2 was 2, this would be the star rating
  23.                  that you would want your tower to be.

  25.         Example: If you wanted a tower of a 3 star rating, and the file
  26.                   was tower.tdt, you would type:

  28.                         ETOWER TOWER.TDT 2 3
  29.  
  30.                  If you wanted a tower with $1 billion, you would type:

  32.                         ETOWER TOWER.TDT 1 1000000000

  34.         The Maximum this program will allow, is a 5 star rating, with
  35.   $1 billion.  The maximum the game will allow is 5 star rating, with
  36.   $1,677,721,500 (this is what I have found, it may be more).  It will only
  37.   allow $1 billion so that you have a little room to grow, and it is not
  38.   likely that you will need more.

  40.         This program is FREEWARE, the only thing that I ask in return is 
  41.   your questions and comments.  If you have any ideas for a editor for
  42.   SimTower (or any other game), please let me know and I will try and make
  43.   one that suits your needs.

  45.         If you wanted a batch file, that would maximize all saved games
  46.   in your SimTower directory, you could make one like this:
  47.   (Yes, it is only one line long)

  51.         Please make sure you run this program in your SimTower directory, it
  52.   will not search your path or any directories to find the file, it will only
  53.   check the current directory.
